Accommodation – Terms & Conditions
Hospitality Partner & Acceptance
Accommodation for BSLMS 2.0 is facilitated by The Absolute Journey, Official Hospitality Partner, in coordination with the respective hotels. Hotel-specific policies will apply to each confirmed reservation. Submission or confirmation of an accommodation booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies of the selected hotel.
Rates, Inclusions & Taxes
All rates are quoted *per room, per night, based on the selected room category and occupancy, and include *breakfast only unless otherwise specified. Rates are exclusive of applicable GST and Government levies, which will be charged additionally as prevailing at the time of billing.
Availability & Booking Confirmation
Accommodation is subject to availability and rates may change until the reservation is confirmed. A booking is considered confirmed only upon completion of the required booking formalities, applicable payment/guarantee, and issuance of a booking confirmation.
Check-in, Check-out & Room Requests
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings and policies will apply. Early check-in, late check-out, extra beds, additional guests, connecting rooms, bed preferences and other special requests are subject to hotel availability, policy and applicable additional charges.
Cancellation, Amendments & No-Shows
All cancellations, amendments and no-shows will be governed by the respective hotel’s policy applicable to the confirmed reservation. Any resulting cancellation, amendment or no-show charges shall be payable by the guest.
Additional Expenses & Transportation
Personal expenses including additional meals, beverages, minibar, room service, laundry, spa and other incidental services are not included and must be settled directly with the hotel. Airport transfers and transportation between the hotel and conference venue are not included, unless specifically communicated otherwise. Travel times indicated are approximate and may vary due to traffic or other conditions.
